1. Orders & Payments

• All prices exclude delivery. Delivery fees are quoted and charged separately.
• Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
• Accepted payment methods: EFT or PayFast Link.
• Proforma invoices are valid for 7 days only. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Pathfinder.
• Your order is deemed accepted once you receive a confirmation email.

2. Non-Payment

• If payment is not made on the due date, Pathfinder may cancel the order without liability.
• Pathfinder reserves the right to withhold further supplies if amounts are overdue or if there is any breach of these Terms.

3. Ownership of Goods

• Ownership and title of goods remain with Pathfinder until full payment (including delivery charges) has been received in cleared funds.

4. Delivery

• Deliveries are handled by Pathfinder’s appointed courier partners (currently Fastway Couriers).
• All delivery and collection arrangements are outsourced to third-party service providers. Pathfinder cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or
delays caused by them.
• Delivery dates are estimates only and not legally binding.
• For international delivery, please contact us directly for costs and further information.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details. Redelivery fees may apply if goods cannot be
delivered due to incorrect information or failure to accept delivery.
• Pathfinder accepts no responsibility for third-party resales, damages, losses, or delays.

5. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported to Pathfinder in writing via email within 24 hours.
Replacements, where applicable, are at Pathfinder’s sole discretion.

6. Availability & Pricing

• Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
• Delivery is restricted to areas within the Republic of South Africa, as supported by our chosen couriers.
• All prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are valid within South Africa only.
• Pathfinder reserves the right to change or discontinue products and services without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise stated, Pathfinder and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material published on the website. All rights are reserved.
• You may access Pathfinder content for personal use only, subject to the restrictions below.

You May Not:

• Republish Pathfinder material.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license Pathfinder material.
• Reproduce, copy, or alter Pathfinder material.
